The Therapeutic Potential of Exercise in PTSD
Unravelling the mechanisms underlying the therapeutic potential of exercise in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), a systematic review

Cognitive Bias Modification for Social Anxiety
Protocol for a living systematic review of human studies and meta-analysis.

TAAR1 Agonism for Psychosis
Plain Language Summary of a Systematic Review

Circadian Dysregulation in Mood Disorders
The aim of this project is to review evidence from human and non-human animal studies of the causal effects of circadian disruption on mood disorders, in order to understand whether and to what extent circadian disruption mediates the development of specific phenotypes of mood disorders.

Associations Between Cardiovascular and Metabolic Factors and Cognitive Functioning in Psychosis
We are examining the relationship between cardiometabolic factors (e.g., hyperglycaemia and body weight) and cognitive outcomes (e.g., executive function and short-term memory) in people with schizophrenia spectrum disorders. Understanding these associations will allow for better clinical guidance and potential psychosocial treatments.

Type and Duration of Internet Use and Mental Health Symptoms in Young People
This living systematic review seeks to summarise the evidence for causal relationships between type and duration of internet exposure and mental health outcomes in young people.

The Role of Estrogenic Compounds in Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorder
In this review we are systematically synthesizing evidence from both non-human studies and human randomized placebo-controlled trials on the efficacy, safety, and mechanisms of estrogenic compounds, including estrogens and SERMs, in the treatment of schizophrenia spectrum disorders.

The Association Between Anthropogenic Climate Change and Symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, and Psychosis
This review and synthesis of existing research aims to provide an evidence base to inform climate-related health policy and strategy, as well as inform future research on the mitigation of the effects of anthropogenic climate change.

Systematic Evidence Map of Factors Associated With Cognitive Outcomes in Psychosis Research
This project has mapped all factors associated with cognitive outcomes in the psychosis research literature
Who we are?
A new living evidence resource of early phase research for research prioritisation in mental health.
It’s difficult for researchers, funders, people with lived experience, and others with an interest in mental health science to keep track of the ever-expanding literature. How can this information, which is published every day, all over the world, be gathered, analysed, and used effectively to design new research that makes a difference?
GALENOS Crowd
To assist GALENOS researchers in carrying out evidence synthesis activities (such as screening records and extracting data) we are collaborating with Cochrane Crowd and forming our own GALENOS Crowd.
